Good day! It is a pleasure to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Edwina T. Tanquilan, but you may call me Teacher Dina. I was born and raised in the Philippines.

I graduated college in 2024 from Davao Oriental State University, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology and Livelihood Education, major in Home Economics. I am also a Licensed Professional Teacher, having successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers.
I am currently a private teacher in my hometown, where I have been teaching for almost one year. In addition, I have been teaching at Skytalk Company for about three years, gaining extensive experience in teaching English to different types of learners. Through dedication and hard work, I was ranked 11th as Best Teacher in Skytalk in 2024, and I am proud to share that I achieved Top 2 Best Teacher in 2025.
During my university years, I was trained to communicate effectively in English, especially in giving clear instructions to students. Because of my commitment to excellence, I became an institutional scholar, and a Dean’s Lister.

I am a friendly, patient, and approachable teacher, and I can assure you that you will enjoy learning and speaking English with me. I can help you improve your speaking skills, pronunciation, comprehension, and enunciation, especially since I have experience teaching young learners.
I understand that learning a second language can be challenging, but don’t worry—I am here to make it easier, fun, and meaningful. I offer article discussions, free talking, spelling bee for beginners, helping beginners to be more fluent in reading english text and other effective learning techniques based on your needs.
